Uncomfortable?

We recommend using the massager fully clothed to prevent skin irritation, starting with the lowest settings and building up to your desired level of intensity.

Massager not work?

Our massager must be plugged in to work, all cords properly connected. Double-check with the car adapter. After plugging it in, push the power button on the unit to get started. If it’s still not working, get in touch with us using our ‘Submit a ticket’ section, or email us at support@invospa.com as soon as possible, and we’ll address your issue right away.

Weird noise?

Anything more than a light hum when in use means there’s something wrong with your massager. Contact us via our ‘Submit a ticket’ section or email us at support@invospa.com as soon as possible, and we’ll solve your problem right away.

Too hot/not hot enough?

When the heat is on, it should feel warm to the touch (slightly warmer than body temperature). Anything outside this range (cold or too hot to touch) means there’s something wrong with your massager. Contact us via our ‘Submit a ticket’ section or email us at support@invospa.com as soon as possible, and we’ll solve your problem right away.

No worries, we have a 30-day return-for-refund policy and a one-year return-for-replacement policy.
